Pro-Graham Evaluations

Program evaluations are defined in the linked article as "the procedure used to determine the degree to which a school district’s comprehensive guidance and counseling program is in place and functioning fully." Having a program evaluation mid-year and at the end of the year gives great data for the counselor and all their stakeholders.

The second Program Evaluation comes directly from ASCA website. This program evaluation is a great template to build your custom one off of. ASCA Program Evaluation

Both of these links require further adjustment so they can be program specific. However, these templates are great stepping stones for us to begin our very own evaluations!
